Senior Adult Ministry
The WHBC Senior Adult ministry is focused on meeting the needs of people who are 50 years or older.

Activities center around building stronger relationships, enjoying activities that foster fellowship and fun, growing spiritually and reaching out to serve others within our own congregation and in the wider community.

Bible Study

Senior Adults are an integral part of our Sunday morning Bible Study that begins at 9:15 AM. We have a variety of Sunday morning Bible study communities for adults, some defined by age or stage of life, while others are intergenerational communities exploring their faith together.

Friday Luncheon

All senior adults are invited to join together on selected Fridays through the year at noon for a delicious meal, followed by short programs that provide inspiration, entertainment and information. The fellowship that occurs in the kitchen and around the tables offers a sense of community that nourishes the soul.
